We are building the Hillarys business in India with a differentiated approach to selling. Our Design Consultants visit customers at home, understand their requirements, measure their windows and help them choose the right products and fabrics for their space.

As we scale, we are building a robust digital and performance marketing engine to drive qualified customer demand and support our growing Design Consultant network.

What’s In It For You
You'll be the senior designer on the team, and the person who decides what our brands look like.
This is a hands-on design role first. You'll produce the majority of our visual output - the social creative, the performance assets, the brochures and the showroom collateral. Alongside that, you'll set the standard the rest of the team designs to, and you'll have one person reporting to you.
You'll work across three brands in two markets: Hillarys in India, and Victory Blinds and Wynstan in Australia.



Each has its own identity, and keeping them distinct from one another is part of the job.

What you'll do
• Design across digital and physical - social creative, performance assets, placement variants
• Own physical collateral end to end: brochures, POS, showroom and event assets
• Handle day-to-day and short-form video edits in-house
• Set and hold the visual standard across all three brands
• Review the team's output before it goes out, including work delivered to our Australian brands
• Work with the Australian marketing team on their brand guidelines and standards
• Build and maintain the asset library and templates everyone else works from

What we're looking for
• 6–9 years in graphic design, with a portfolio that shows brand systems held across many executions — not a collection of one-off posts
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
