Role Description The Area Sales Manager/ASE – GT – Personal Care – Delhi NCR is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for driving sales and distribution of personal care products in the General Trade (GT) channel.



The individual will manage and expand the retail network, oversee distributors and key accounts, and ensure effective coverage across the Delhi NCR territory. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring targets and performance, managing promotional activities, and analyzing market trends and competitor activity. The role involves regular market visits, retailer engagement, and on-ground visibility initiatives to strengthen brand presence. The Area Sales Manager/ASE will collaborate closely with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and reporting to achieve sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Robust GT sales and distribution management skills, with experience handling personal care or FMCG products in the Delhi NCR region.
