Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at BloomLife Hospital in Chennai. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing the reception desk, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, guiding patients to appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate records of patient visits.



The Front Office Executive coordinates with clinical and administrative teams, handles basic inquiries, and supports billing and documentation processes as needed. The individual in this role is expected to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and uphold confidentiality and hospital policies at all times.
Qualifications
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and front office operations, including handling calls, appointments, and visitor management.
• 1-2 years of work experience in an hospital
• Being an hospital, should be able to work on rotational shift basis
• Clear, professional communication skills for in-person, telephone, and written interactions.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction and respectful, empathetic support.
