We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Field Sales responsible for generating recent business opportunities, acquiring customers, conducting field visits, managing leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new business through field visits, market mapping, cold calling, referrals, networking, and local business development activities.
• Identify potential customers and understand their solar/energy requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and consultations.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the complete sales cycle.
• Explain company products and solutions and provide suitable recommendations to customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Prepare quotations/proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate with customers and drive opportunities towards closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




• Identify new territories, markets, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Projects, and Finance teams for smooth execution after sales closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/MIS.
• Submit regular daily/weekly field activity and sales reports.
