The opportunity
Support the recruitment team end to end — sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates across IT and non-IT roles. You speak to real candidates from week one. Structure: 3 months unpaid training, then a performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 a month for 3 months, then eligibility for a permanent role from ₹3 LPA.
What you'll do
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job roles clearly.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.




• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates for interviews, documents, onboarding, and joining.
• Support bulk hiring, internship hiring, fresher hiring, and lateral hiring activities.

Must-have qualifications
4 REQUIRED • Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Ability to handle candidate coordination.
• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and staffing.

Nice to have
2 PREFERRED • MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Comfortable speaking to candidates over the phone.
