About the Role

This is a 3-month performance-driven internship designed as an evaluation period for a potential long-term/full-time opportunity at Maglev Softwares.

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Business Development, Sales, and AI Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2B leads.

Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups.

Connect with business owners and decision-makers.

Present Maglev AI Vision and understand client requirements.





Coordinate and participate in client meetings.

Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

Develop business opportunities and work toward project closures.

Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.

Working Schedule

Duration: 3 Months

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Availability: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST for client meetings, internal meetings, discussions, and other business activities.

Expected Work: Minimum 6 hours of productive and proactive work during the working day.

Compensation

100% performance-based commission

No fixed salary or stipend

8% commission on qualifying projects successfully closed by you.

Commission is paid after the applicable client payment is received.

Typical projects start from ₹5 Lakh+, with opportunities for significantly larger projects.

Example: ₹12.5 Lakh project = ₹1 Lakh commission
