About The Role

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to promote our School ERP software across Odisha. You will build relationships with educational institutions, demonstrate our product to decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through B2B field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to promote School ERP solutions.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified B2B leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations for principals, directors, trustees, and school management.
• Understand each institution’s needs and position the ERP as the right solution.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle: follow-ups, negotiations, proposals, and deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




• Track market trends and competitors, and explore recent business opportunities and territories.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and pipeline in the CRM or reporting tools.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha for field sales.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in the local language (Odia) and in Hindi/English is an advantage.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or software sales.
• Existing contacts or exposure in the education sector.
• Experience conducting live software demos.
