Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, including preparing, generating,



and validating invoices for projects and services. The Billing Executive will coordinate closely with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate data entry, timely billing cycles, and proper documentation of all transactions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring payment status, reconciling billing records, addressing client billing queries, and supporting internal audits and reporting requirements. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable financial standards, while contributing to continuous improvement of billing procedures.
