Built on a dataset of over 1.5 million expert-labelled scans, our technology detects 40+ oral conditions and is deployed across 1,000+ clinics in 9+ global markets. We are a profitable, founder-led company headquartered in Pune, with operations across India, the UK, UAE, South Africa, and Singapore.
THE ROLE
This is a city-level ownership role. You are the face of scanO in your geography, responsible for activating every recent clinic that comes on board, keeping every existing client engaged and scanning, and growing scanO’s presence through on-ground events, institutional partnerships, and community outreach. You own every client relationship in your territory, end-to-end.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Clinic Activation and Launch
• Inauguration support:
Coordinate and execute clinic launch events for new scanO Air installations. Manage logistics, invitations, and on-site presence to ensure every new clinic goes live with visibility and momentum.
• Onboarding and training: Conduct structured onboarding sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person for doctors, administrators, and clinic staff. Drive first scan within the first week of deployment.
• Workflow configuration: Adapt the platform to how each clinic actually operates, from a single-chair practice to a multi-location enterprise group.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Dental Sciences (BDS), Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration (BBA), Management (BMS/BBM), Commerce (B.Com), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or related non-IT disciplines will be preferred.
