Role Description We’re looking for our first Community & Social Manager.
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people online. Our members are often in pain, tired and frustrated, so kindness and explicit, simple English matter more than anything else.




What you’ll do
→ Reply helpfully in Facebook groups and on Reddit
→ Run our community: welcome new members and start real conversations
→ Post short videos and posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
→ Reach out to physical therapists and health creators to join us
What we’re looking for
✔ Excellent written English: warm, clear, never salesy
✔ Experience with Facebook groups, Instagram or online communities
✔ Empathy and patience
✔ Organised: you can follow a daily plan and track your numbers
