About the Role
Peppy is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage creator partnerships end to end — from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, briefing, content delivery, tracking, and campaign closure.
We’re looking for someone who understands creators, is strong at follow-ups, can negotiate confidently, and knows how to keep multiple collaborations moving at the same time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with creators, understands social media, and can take complete ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Source relevant influencers, UGC creators, and models based on campaign requirements
• Build and maintain a strong creator database
• Reach out to creators across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels
• Manage leads, responses, and follow-ups
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
• Close creator collaborations within approved budgets
• Handle end-to-end creator coordination from onboarding to final delivery
• Brief creators and models with scripts, references, talking points, and brand guidelines
• Coordinate content drafts, revisions, approvals, and final submissions
• Ensure creators meet agreed timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate product dispatches, delivery tracking, and returns where required
• Maintain creator content trackers including commercials, products sent, deliverables, payment status, posting status, and content links
• Track creator performance and identify creators worth repeating
• Coordinate creator invoices and payments with internal teams
• Build strong long-term relationships with high-performing creators
• Work closely with content, social media, performance marketing, and operations teams
