Manufacturing Process Leadership

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing process setup for AIO products during NPI and mass production phases.
• Ensure production line readiness and manufacturing capability to support launch schedules and volume ramp-up.
• Collaborate with Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME), ODM partners, Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to establish optimized manufacturing processes.

Tooling, Jigs Fixture Development

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and process aids in alignment with GME and ODM requirements.
• Evaluate tooling effectiveness and drive improvements to enhance product quality, throughput, and operator efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ODM teams to ensure timely development and deployment of manufacturing equipment.
