Role Description The Product Building & Curriculum Lead – STEM is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, building, and iterating STEM learning products and curricula that align with OLL.co’s practical, hands-on learning philosophy.
Day-to-day tasks include developing structured STEM modules and lesson plans, creating engaging activities and projects in areas such as robotics, coding, and AI, and collaborating with educators and product teams to ensure content quality and learner outcomes. The Lead will gather feedback from learners, teachers, and school partners to refine curriculum, maintain alignment with educational standards and industry trends, and support pilot implementations and training for educators. The role also involves documenting best practices, preparing learning resources and assessments, and contributing to new program launches across schools and online platforms.
Qualifications
• Solid STEM foundation with experience in areas such as coding, robotics, AI, or engineering education.
• Demonstrated curriculum design and instructional design skills, including creating lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments.
