brand focused on quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor food quality and safety standards across Central Kitchen operations.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Monitor production activities across Hot Kitchen and Bakery.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI Schedule 4, HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards.
• Monitor critical control points and cooking, cooling, storage, and dispatch temperatures.
• Conduct hygiene audits and identify quality and food safety deviations.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions
(CAPA).
• Monitor sanitation, personal hygiene, pest control, and cross-contamination prevention.
• Maintain quality records, temperature logs, and traceability documentation.




• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in QSR, Central Kitchen, or Food Production.
• Knowledge of FSSAI Schedule 4, HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards.
• Experience in quality audits, raw material inspection, and finished product checks.
• Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and food safety practices.
• Exposure Hot Kitchen and Bakery operations.
• FOSTAC certification is preferred.
• Solid documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields.

• Timely closure of CAPA.
• Accuracy of quality documentation and temperature records.
• Hygiene audit compliance.
