We’re looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, internal task flow and basic marketing support.

• Recruit, screen and coordinate candidates
• Manage onboarding, attendance and employee records
• Allocate tasks and track team progress
• Coordinate day-to-day staff operations
• Maintain internal reports and documentation
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support Meta Ads and basic digital marketing activities
• Assist with lead research and business growth activities

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage employees and follow-ups
• Basic Meta Ads / digital marketing knowledge
• Good market research and reporting skills
• Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
• Comfortable taking ownership across multiple tasks
