Role Description The Sales Intern role at OURA is a remote internship focused on supporting the growth of the brand’s customer base and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting sales outreach across digital channels. The intern will help maintain customer records, prepare basic sales reports,



and coordinate with the sales team on campaigns and promotions. This role also involves learning and applying OURA’s product knowledge to guide potential customers, contribute to customer education, and support training initiatives for partners or internal team members as needed.

• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management.
• Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities and learn sales processes quickly.
