Summary
UST is looking for a Technical Program Project Management
JD: Project Status Manager
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (preferably in Mech/ Production / Electrical) or Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain etc.
Manufacturing / Factory exposure is added advantage
Exposure to Semiconductor Industry is a PLUS
Mandatory Skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal to communicate to diverse functional groups and stakeholders on the project/material status.
Proficient & skilled in Microsoft Excel to effectively communicate to program cross functional teams.
Ability to work positively in a team environment with wide range of individuals involved in manufacturing under pressure and efficiently manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.
Robust interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of views.
Good knowledge and handling of material management and business processes.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Mfg. Operations in Product Life Cycle and Engineering Change Management.
Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and creative in reporting using Charts and analytical reporting with Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Skills
Working knowledge of SAP
Exposure with developing Excel Macros
Knowledge to read / understand Engineering Drawings.
Knowledge of cross cultural communications.
Knowledge of PDM and BOMs.
