We design and execute decor for weddings at Rajyog and partner venues across the city, with a focus on thoughtful, earthy and elegant design.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced decor professional who can own a wedding end to end: creating the concept, presenting it to the client, and delivering it flawlessly on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop themes, concepts and mood boards for haldi, sangeet, mandap, reception and other functions
• Present designs to clients and refine them through to final sign-off
• Prepare costings and material plans for each event, and deliver within budget
• Source florals, fabrics, props and materials through Pune’s vendor network




• Brief and manage florists, fabricators, vendors and setup crew
• Lead on-site setup and teardown, ensuring every event is ready on time

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wedding or event decor, covering both design and production
• A strong portfolio of executed weddings or events
• Established vendor and sourcing contacts in Pune
• Proven ability to manage crews and timelines on event days
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools
• Availability for weekend and late-evening work during wedding season
