? We're Hiring | Investment Relationship Manager – Fundraising

SparkSeed Ventures is looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Investment Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

This is a fundraising-focused role, where you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, angel investors, wealth managers, and other potential investors and supporting capital-raising initiatives across our investment opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build relationships with potential investors, HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Drive investor outreach and generate qualified fundraising conversations
• Present SparkSeed Ventures' investment opportunities and fundraising propositions to prospective investors
• Manage the investor pipeline from initial outreach to onboarding/closure




• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong long-term investor relationships
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, presentations, and discussions
• Understand investor requirements, preferences, ticket sizes, and investment appetite
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, leads, pipeline, and conversions
• Work closely with the investment and leadership teams to communicate relevant opportunities to investors
• Support preparation and sharing of investor presentations, teasers, and other fundraising materials
• Track fundraising progress and contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, wealth management, financial services, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with HNIs, business owners, investor
