Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
Handle multiple IT hiring requirements and prioritize effectively.
Source and identify relevant candidates through various recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and current market talent availability.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
? What We’re Looking For4–9 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong hands-on experience in technical hiring.Positive understanding of IT skills, profiles, and recruitment trends.Ability to understand requirements and identify the right talent.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
