Job Purpose

To manage hotel owner relationships, monitor property performance, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives across assigned hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Owner Relationship and Governance

Act as the primary point of contact for hotel owners.

Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate owner meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.

Monitor contractual commitments and ensure timely follow-up.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Technology teams.

Track departmental deliverables and ensure timely closure of commitments.

Facilitate smooth communication between owners and internal teams.

3. Issue Resolution, Risk and Compliance

Address owner queries and coordinate timely resolutions.

Maintain issue and risk trackers and escalate critical concerns.





Monitor statutory and contractual compliance with relevant teams.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of significant issues.

4. Commercial and Financial Coordination

Monitor management fees, receivables, and contractual payments.

Coordinate budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.

Follow up on owner-funded capital expenditure (CAPEX) and approvals.

Support contract renewals and identify potential business opportunities.

5. Property Handover, Pre-Opening and Stabilization

Coordinate property handover and pre-opening checklists.

Track staffing, systems, branding, licenses, budgets, and operational readiness.

Monitor opening milestones and coordinate with relevant departments.

Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-takeover reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
