Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Jodhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries,



and guiding customers through policy selection, onboarding, and servicing. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, supporting claim-related interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. The Relationship Manager will monitor customer portfolios, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and support branch-level business growth while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires regular reporting on customer feedback, operational issues, and sales activities to support continuous improvement in service quality.
