Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP IBP functional configuration across Demand Planning, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.;
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure and maintain planning areas, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, and related IBP objects.
• Work on Demand Planning processes, including statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and consensus planning.
• Support Supply Response and Order-Based Planning (OBP) processes and resolve planning-related issues.
• Configure and support S&OP; processes, including scenario planning and supply-demand balancing.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA / ECC and other enterprise systems.
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, data flows, enhancements, and integration-related development activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues in SAP IBP.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for production issues.
• Work closely with developers, business stakeholders,



and other SAP teams to deliver enhancements.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical requirements, configuration documents, and process documentation.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and provide guidance to team members where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of overall SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.
• Robust expertise in:
• SAP IBP Demand Planning
• SAP IBP Supply Response
• SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP)
• SAP IBP S&OP;
• Strong understanding of SAP IBP configuration and planning processes.
• Experience with integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Good understanding of data integration, interfaces, master data, and transactional data flows.
• Experience working with technical/development teams for enhancements
