Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct market research, and generate leads for BrightCHAMPS’ learning programs.



The role involves presenting the company’s offerings to parents and partners, conducting product demonstrations, and managing end-to-end sales conversations. The associate will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize outreach strategies. The role also includes meeting revenue and conversion targets, providing feedback from the market, and contributing to initiatives that support BrightCHAMPS’ growth in recent and existing regions.

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Presentation skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations or demos to diverse audiences.
