The role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to build and lead Axelerant’s Growth Marketing practice. The role focuses on developing growth strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients, connecting brand, demand generation, digital experience, discoverability, content, CRO, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and measurement into one full-funnel growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on senior growth leader who can advise CMOs and marketing leaders, lead presales and solution design, build repeatable growth offerings and playbooks, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams. Solid expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, CRO, analytics, enterprise growth, AI-powered workflows, and revenue-focused marketing is essential.

The role is fully remote, with some working-hour overlap required with North America and UK/EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Leadership: Develop full-funnel growth strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients, covering audience, positioning, channels, budgets,



and growth models.
• Practice Strategy: Build and maintain Axelerant’s Growth Marketing practice roadmap, including SEO/AEO/GEO, Content, CRO, Personalization/Lifecycle, and Measurement.
• Presales & Client Leadership: Lead discovery, solution design, proposals, estimates, audits, demos, and executive conversations with CMOs and marketing leaders.
• Discoverability: Lead technical/content SEO, AEO, GEO, AI-answer visibility, structured content, migrations, and replatforming SEO.
• CRO & Funnel Optimization: Drive experimentation, conversion optimization, journey analysis, landing-page and offer strategy.
• Demand Generation & Lifecycle: Lead ABM, paid marketing, email, nurture, and other programs that convert engagement into qualified pipeline.
