Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or e-commerce, to drive Big Hello’s digital growth, online sales and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate should understand the complete D2C ecosystem, from brand communication and customer acquisition to website conversions, repeat purchases and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities• Plan and manage social media content, campaigns, reels and brand communication across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.




• Independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Performance Max, Search and Shopping campaigns.
• Drive D2C customer acquisition, website traffic, online conversions and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute campaigns for current collections, product launches, festive seasons and promotional offers.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize performance using ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Develop retargeting strategies to improve conversions and repeat purchases.
• Track campaign performance using GA4 and e-commerce analytics, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Work closely with creative, merchandising, e-commerce and retail teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and profitability.
