Role Description This full time Technical Sales Executive role is based in Mumbai in a hybrid work model, with a mix of on-site customer visits and office work, plus some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



managing existing customer relationships, and promoting SOMA’s flexographic printing presses and converting equipment to industrial and packaging clients. The Technical Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, prepare and deliver technical presentations, and translate customer requirements into tailored solutions in close coordination with the technical and engineering teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms within company guidelines, and tracking sales activities in CRM tools. The role also requires regular market research, participation in trade shows or industry events, and providing feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitive trends, and product improvement opportunities.
