Role Description As an Associate Lawyer at ADS LEGAL, you will work full time on-site in New Delhi, supporting senior lawyers and partners across a range of matters. You will draft and review contracts, legal notices, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research,



analyzing statutes, case law, and regulations, and preparing concise reports and case briefs. You will attend client meetings, assist in negotiations, and help prepare for court appearances, hearings, and filings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing case files and documentation, and maintaining transparent, professional communication with
clients.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India required.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
