Position Summary:
The Procurement Analyst – Master Data is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable procurement master data across SAP, Coupa and related systems.
The role supports procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations by creating, updating and governing material and purchasing data. Working with business stakeholders and systems teams, the role ensures data quality,



compliance and efficient master data processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Management:
• Create, maintain and update relevant master data, including materials, production and purchasing records within SAP and Coupa.
• Support supplier onboarding in line with approved processes.
• Manage master data changes and mass updates in line with approved processes and service levels.

Data Quality & Governance:
• Maintain accurate, consistent and compliant master data across procurement systems.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, obsolete or incorrect records through data cleansing and quality reviews.
• Apply data standards, governance requirements and controls to all master data activities.

Business & Stakeholder Support:
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and NPD teams to support business requirements and new product introductions.
