Role Purpose

The Capability Development Lead will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal learning,



capability development, and competence management initiatives across the organization. Working with and reporting to Global Head of Academy, role is responsible for building structured learning journeys, strengthening technical and functional competencies, supporting leadership development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning that enables business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage organization-wide capability development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Develop structured learning pathways, competency frameworks, and certification programs for technical, functional, and skilled roles.
• Work with Global Head of Academy to partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR, and regional teams to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
