Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Velmoc Tools is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, handle employee relations issues,



and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and advantages administration in collaboration with finance, and supporting training and development initiatives.
