We are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our team and help us create a smooth and positive experience for our customers. The intern will work closely with the Customer Experience/Support team to understand customer concerns, resolve queries, identify recurring issues, and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, chats, emails, or other support channels.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them to the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to improve processes.
• Follow up on unresolved customer concerns to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Operations, Product, and Warehouse to resolve customer issues.
• Assist in monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.




• Support the team in preparing basic reports and MIS related to customer queries and feedback.
• Assist with customer experience audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Use internal tools and AI tools to improve problem-solving, documentation, and customer communication.
