Role Description The Senior Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Engineer will oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes for mechanical components such as conveyor systems, shafts, drums, and other heavy machinery parts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with design and production teams, monitoring machining, fabrication, and casting operations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, optimizing processes for efficiency and reliability, and guiding junior engineers and technicians with technical mentorship. The Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
