Role Description The Collections Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Collections Agent will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, updating account records, documenting all interactions in the system,



and following up on overdue accounts to minimize delinquency. The role also involves working closely with the finance team to reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The Collections Agent is expected to maintain professional communication, provide courteous customer service, and adhere to ethical collection practices at all times.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in debt collection and cash collection processes, including negotiation and repayment arrangements.
