Role Description
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, briefing internal creative and production teams, tracking project progress, and coordinating approvals and feedback. The role involves preparing proposals, managing budgets, maintaining project documentation,



and proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client expectations with creative output and resolve issues as they arise. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring regular presence in the studio and occasional client meetings.

Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in account management or project management within a creative agency, production house, or related content-focused environment.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with creative and production workflows, including briefing teams, reviewing deliverables, and coordinating feedback
