Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commi 3 role based in Mumbai. The Commi 3 will support the kitchen and bakery teams with basic preparation of breads, pastries, and desserts, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and assisting in baking under supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of workstations, following food safety and hygiene standards, organizing mise en place, and properly storing ingredients. The role involves assisting senior chefs during service, helping with plating and packing of items,



and replenishing displays as needed. The Commi 3 will also participate in routine stock checks, follow standard operating procedures, and be open to learning new techniques and recipes.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of bakery or kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and handling.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and proper storage of ingredients in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn pastry and bakery techniques and take feedback constructively.
• Prior experience in a bakery, patisserie, or commercial kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant culinary or bakery certification/diploma is preferred.
