Key Responsibilities
• Manage hard bucket and NPA collections for vehicle loans.
• Handle overdue recovery, repossession, and settlement cases.
• Lead and monitor the collection team and achieve monthly targets.
• Track DPD, bucket-wise performance, and recovery.
• Handle critical customer cases and conduct regular field visits.
• Manage overall vehicle collection operations for the assigned area.
