Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with channel partners and customers, and driving sales of IndiaFirst Life’s products.



The Business Development Officer will analyze market trends and customer needs, prepare and present business proposals, and support revenue growth targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, conducting regular follow-ups with prospects, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of business activities, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to local sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Understanding of Finance and basic insurance concepts to explain product features and benefits effectively.
