Blendonomics makes hot chocolate and beverage premixes for cafes across India, and we're building a consumer brand alongside it. We have the products, the plan and the stories. What we need is one person in Rohtak who shows up and puts them out into the world. Every week. Without fail.

If your camera roll is half drafts and half finished reels, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Shoot. Product, cafes, the factory floor, the founders when they let you.

Edit. Turn raw footage into reels people stop scrolling for.

Write. Captions and carousels that sound like a person, not a press release.

Post. On schedule, on two brand pages. The schedule is the job.

Reply. Comments and DMs, rapid, because some of them are customers.

YOU'LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF

You live in Rohtak city. Not commuting in from Sonipat or Delhi. We've tried that and it doesn't hold up over months. This one is non-negotiable.





You've made content before. Your own page, a college club, a friend's business. We care that you have an eye and a habit, not a portfolio deck.

You finish things. A good post that goes out today beats a perfect one that never does.

You can take "make it shorter" without taking it personally.

YOU'LL HATE THIS IF

You only want to do strategy and decks.

Posting on a deadline every week sounds like a cage.

You need everything scripted for you before you pick up the phone camera.

THE DEAL

Starts as an internship. If you're consistent, and you'll know because we'll tell you, it grows into a full marketing role with a real bump. The bar gets written down on day one.

Stipend plus shoot travel covered. Numbers discussed directly.
