Position Overview: The role will be responsible for developing robust manufacturing processes, ensuring technical feasibility of customer requirements, optimizing machining operations, and driving productivity, quality, and delivery performance.



The individual will lead the technical engineering team and work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Stores to ensure productive execution from enquiry evaluation through first-piece development and manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Engineering & Process Planning
• Lead manufacturing engineering activities, including process planning, routing, and development of manufacturing strategies for precision-engineered components.
• Define operation sequences, machining methodologies, datum strategies, machine selection, tooling, fixtures, and work-holding requirements.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, repeatability, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate component drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T; requirements to establish suitable manufacturing processes.
