About the Role
WeAreMad is a creative marketing agency working across music marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and branding. We’re looking for a creative designer who can bring ideas to life through graphics, video editing, and AI-powered visuals.

What You’ll Do
• Design social media creatives, campaign artwork, posters, ads, and carousels.
• Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and music content.
• Use AI tools for image generation, video creation, and creative experimentation.
• Develop visual identities and creatives for brands, artists, and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
• A strong eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social media formats and trends.
• A proactive,



creative mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Hands-on expertise in AI image-generation platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Leonardo AI

AI video-generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, or Google Veo.
Must be proficient in using AI tools for creative production, image generation, video creation, and visual enhancement.
Solid understanding of design, typography, visual storytelling, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital campaigns.
