PathOrient is an overseas education consultancy helping students pursue higher education across the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Current Zealand, Europe, and other international destinations. We provide end to end guidance covering counselling, university admissions, visas, education loans, scholarships, accommodation, and pre-departure support.

We are expanding our counselling team and are looking for high performing sales professionals who can convert enquiries into enrolled students through ethical, consultative selling.

The Role

This is a Overseas Education sales position. You will be responsible for converting qualified student enquiries into successful admissions by understanding student requirements, recommending suitable study destinations & universities, handling objections, and maintaining regular followups throughout the admission journey.

This role is not limited to answering queries. It requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from first interaction until enrolment and fee payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email,



walk-ins and online consultations.
• Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand academic background, career goals, budget and eligibility.
• Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses based on student profile.
• Build trust and guide students throughout the admission process.
• Convert qualified leads into paying applicants.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups using CRM.
• Handle queries regarding fees, finances, education loans, visas, parents' concerns and competing consultants.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
• Keep students engaged until tuition fee payment and visa filing.
• Generate referrals from satisfied students.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates.
• Stay updated on university policies, scholarships, visa regulations and market trends.
