Company Description Dots Media is a global exhibition design and build partner specializing in trade show booths that turn attention into measurable business results. For over 15 years, the company has delivered more than 500 premium booths across 30+ countries, from custom and modular stands to double-decker structures and country pavilions. Operating from Munich, Dubai and Singapore, Dots Media supports brands across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States with a fully turnkey process from discovery and concept design to fabrication, installation and support. In-house teams combine brand strategy, structural engineering, CNC fabrication, event graphics and on-site project management to ensure every stand looks exceptional and performs effectively on show day. Dots Media focuses on creating booths that actively host, communicate and convert, rather than simply occupy space.

production and project management teams to develop engaging exhibition booth concepts. The role involves preparing design presentations, mood boards and renderings for internal reviews and client approvals, as well as iterating on feedback to optimize both aesthetics and functionality. The 3D Designer will ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation, coordinate with technical teams to resolve structural details, and maintain accurate project files and documentation.
