The Role
We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff to work closely with our leadership team on the company's 3–5-year strategic direction, portfolio choices, and new business opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, portfolio management, market intelligence, and the CEO and leadership office. You will help answer the most important questions we face where to play, how to win, where to invest, and where to exit or scale. You will bring to that work the same rigour and care that our watchmakers bring to theirs.
Your Craft: What You Will Own
1. Strategy and long-term direction
• Shape and drive the 3–5-year strategic roadmap in partnership with the leadership team.
• Develop strategic perspectives on how our key businesses and categories will evolve and grow.
• Evaluate strategic choices across Watches, High Jewellery, Lifestyle, Hour Studio and new formats, and Jewellery and adjacent or new businesses.
• Translate strategic ambition into explicit priorities, initiatives, milestones, and business plans.

2. Market and competitive intelligence




• Establish a robust market intelligence and competitor-tracking framework.
• Track emerging trends, consumer shifts, category developments, competitive moves, and disruptive business models.
• Develop regular strategic insights and alerts for the leadership team.
• Benchmark the organisation against leading global and Indian players.

3. Strategic projects and the CEO / leadership office
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects on behalf of the leadership team.
• Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, run the analysis, and drive recommendations through to execution.
• Prepare strategy papers, board and leadership presentations, and decision memos.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on critical business questions.
• Make sure strategic decisions turn into explicit ownership and follow-through.
