Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Life Insurance Agent role based in Mayiladuturai Taluka, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Life Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, explain LIC’s life insurance and financial products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual needs and financial goals. Daily activities include meeting clients in person and virtually, conducting needs assessments,



preparing proposals, and completing policy documentation. The role involves managing renewals, providing ongoing customer service, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The agent will also participate in training sessions, follow compliance and regulatory guidelines, and work closely with LIC offices to achieve sales and service targets.

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and service life insurance products.
