Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Ghatkesar. The role involves supporting daily operations in the design and construction of modular SIP buildings, assisting senior team members with basic tasks such as documentation, measurements, material handling, and site coordination. The selected candidate will help maintain work areas, follow safety and quality guidelines, and learn company processes for production and assembly. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues,



participating in on-the-job training, and contributing to the smooth execution of projects in the leisure building segment.
Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Robust attention to detail and willingness to follow safety, quality, and process guidelines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team in office.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation, reporting, and learning digital tools.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest/experience).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and readiness to work in an on-site, hands-on environment.
• Interest in modular buildings, sustainable construction, or the leisure infrastructure sector is an advantage.
