About the RoleTPI Pay Fintech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with mid-size and enterprise B2B clients.
The role focuses on understanding client requirements, recommending suitable SaaS, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), API Banking, Embedded Finance, and Payment solutions, and managing the complete post-sales relationship.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-size and enterprise B2B clients.
• Build relationships with CXOs, founders, finance heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable FinTech solutions.
• Manage client onboarding, implementation,



adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Success, and Compliance teams.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client meetings.
• Monitor customer engagement, account performance, and renewal opportunities.
• Handle commercial discussions, pricing, renewals, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, account plans, and reports.
• Achieve revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth targets.
