Role Description The Sales Officer role at Katyayani Organics is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving product sales within assigned territories, visiting distributors, retailers, and farming customers to promote Katyayani’s agrochemical portfolio.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical features and benefits, and managing order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, supporting channel partners, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The Sales Officer will provide ongoing customer support, collect feedback from the field, and help build long-term relationships that strengthen Katyayani Organics’ presence in the market.
