Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing initiatives. This role involves identifying and onboarding suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and maintaining positive, qualified relationships with content creators across platforms.



The coordinator will manage campaign calendars, brief influencers on key messages and deliverables, and track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, collaborating with internal teams to align campaign concepts with business goals, preparing campaign reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements. The role also requires consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure campaigns support clients’ growth and brand development objectives.
Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination, including campaign planning and execution.
• Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication when working with influencers and partners.
