Roles & Responsibilities:
• Vendor negotiation
• Cost analysis
• Supply chain coordination
• ERP/MIS knowledge
• BOQ interpretation
• Technical knowledge of IBMS & ELV systems
• Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management,



including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
• Experience in purchase planning and handling purchase orders, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
• Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, assess total cost of ownership, and optimize procurement decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with IBMS, fire safety, and security systems is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in ERP or procurement software and standard office productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
